1. We ship cricket merchandise worldwide; as cricket enthusiasts can be found in every possible corner of the world. Most of the items are shipped from India & you may have to pay customs and import duties in addition to the cart total / purchase price depending upon which country you are in. 

2. Items are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Any item ordered before 8PM IST will be shipped the same day unless the order is for a cricket bat knocking and engraving, where the process itself takes 3_4 days to get the bat complete ready for shipping. 

3. If for any reason an item ordered is out of stock you will be notified immediately by phone or email.

4. For expedited shipping, please contact us separately via phone or email.

5. Crickstore reserves rights to cancel any unshipped order for any given reason. The money will be completely refunded back in such cases immediately.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Cricket equipment, especially cricket bat is never guaranteed against breakage and/or damage.

• If your cricket bat sold snaps in half within first 30 days of purchase; we will try to replace the bat from the manufacturer. The final decision is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
• This does not apply for edges or toe getting cracked or grains showing indentations or bat face showing ball marks.
• Any custom shape bat order (long blade / extra short handle / long handle/ long blade long handle ) is not eligible for exchange or refund as they are custom made as per your specifications.
• Bats once knocked are not eligible for refund. If you do not like a cricket bat we shipped, as long as it is in the same plastic covers as it was sent , we do take it back without any fuss within 15 days of delivery against a credit note.

• For any other product to be returned, the product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging & must be returned in original boxes to qualify for a refund.

For Other Products except Cricket Bats

1. The product must be sent to us within 7 days of receipt in case of exchange and should be in its original packaging. For refunds, You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping, handling, gift wrap, or any other applicable charges.

2. All exchanges are subject to additional postage charges, irrespective of the postage charged to you for the original shipment.

3. No postage will be charged for any exchange as a result of Crickstore's error. (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item)

4. You will be notified via email for your refund. Ideally it takes 5 to 10 business days upon receipt of the item at our facility.

5. Due to hygienic reasons ,we do not accept returns of any items such as abdominal guards, mouth guards, jack straps(supporter), wicket keeping inner gloves.

6. If soft leather ( batting gloves, batting pads or wicket keeping gear) tears apart in first 15 days, you are eligible for the exchange. 

7. All the cricket balls sales are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

9. All Personalized items such as name engraved cricket bats; initials printed jerseys, helmets, gloves are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
